We are only a few months away from the start of summer internships at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort where Disney Interns will work side-by-side with industry leaders in roles that align with their fields of study. From marketing to sales, and more, they’ll gain hands-on experience while creating world-class experiences!

Every day, more than 6,000 Hong Kong Disneyland Resort cast members turn to communications shared by Annie Chow, Manager of Internal Communications, and her team for news and guidance. From print to digital communication, company updates are shared across multiple platforms to reach cast members where they are.

As a Disney Intern, participants work side-by-side with industry leaders in their field of study while also building on the skills they developed in the classroom. A world of opportunities and memories awaits them during those three months, in addition to creating world-class experiences on a global scale within our teams in technology, engineering, marketing and more! And today, we are proud to introduce Chloe, an Associate Industrial Engineer for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, who first dreamed of working for the resort seventeen years ago.

On a Disney Internship, participants work side-by-side with industry leaders in roles that align with their fields of study. From marketing to technology, Disney Interns gain hands-on experience through a variety of projects, assignments and experiences. While on their program, participants are also able to take advantage of uniquely Disney perks like exploring the theme parks, participating in exclusive intern events and of course, making memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

As “A Whole New World” echoes throughout the halls of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Casting Center, candidates are welcome to the career bazaar by recruiters like Ivan Kwong – who, similar to the song, is experiencing a whole new journey with Human Resources! Since beginning his career with Disney in 2006, he has experienced seven roles within the company through promotional and internal transfer opportunities.
