This link is sent to you one time only right after you schedule your interview, so don't delete it! Star it, flag it or pin it to the top of your inbox so it's easy to find on interview day.
Search your inbox for:
- Subject line: "Your virtual interview at Disney"
- Sender: disney.careers9@paradox.ai
This email has everything you need for interview day, including:
- Your Microsoft Teams link to join with meeting ID and password
- Your interview date and time
- Options to reschedule or cancel
If you opted in for text messages, the link to your interview will also be sent to you via text, only one time.
Can't find your link in your email and need to request a new one?
If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address you entered when you applied is correct. To validate your email address, log into your Candidate Dashboard. Once you fix your email address, you can request a new virtual interview link by submitting a request at Support.DisneyPrograms.com.
If you need to reschedule, you will need to reach out through the virtual scheduling program, Olivia by Paradox AI, by clicking the "reschedule" button in your interview confirmation email or replying "reschedule" to your interview confirmation text.
You must reschedule prior to your interview time, otherwise you will be removed from consideration for the program.
