  • Eligible Classes

    All on-site classes are eligible toward learning hours.

  • Exlcusions

    Discover Disney offerings are excluded from learning hour accumulation.

  • Certificate Retrieval

    • Learning hours can be tracked through your DORMS profile.
    • Once you have reached a milestone for hours completed you can submit a request via the Support Site to receive your printed certificate.
