Credly

Disney Programs encourages you to talk with your school’s academic advisor about what options would be available for earning credit and if you are eligible with your school to earn credit through the American Council on Education.

It is important to note that all credit decisions are at the full and final discretion of your college/university, as Disney Programs cannot grant, guarantee or otherwise award any form of credit.

To receive an American Council on Education transcript, you will first need to have a digital badge issued. Once you've claimed your badge, you can follow the instructions here to obtain your transcript.

Upon the completion of your program, you will receive an email telling you to create a Credly account, with important instructions on how to receive your badge.

Students often earn credit for a Disney Program through:

An area of study's internship course

Many departments within a college or university have internship courses that allow you to earn credit for internship experiences. Although they often require you to be a junior or senior, our program may meet the requirements for your major's internship course.

Independent study or distance-learning credit

Many schools offer online coursework, independent study or distance-learning options. Dedicated study time is available for those participants taking online classes, called Independent Study Hall.

Potential credit opportunities

Are you a faculty member or advisor looking to understand how a Disney Program could be offered as a credit opportunity for your student? It is ultimately the decision of each school/university to determine if credit should be awarded, as Disney Programs does not award or transfer credit. To help guide you in your thinking, Disney Programs has outlined a few scenarios for you to consider.
