The learning component of the program is designed to give participants comprehensive, experiential learning opportunities that provide an unparalleled enhancement to their academic and professional careers

This program, which is recommended for credit by the American Council on Education, offers a variety of learning & career development opportunities for participants. While on the program, participants may enroll in a variety of uniquely Disney learning experiences.

Learning Offering Policies

  1. Be on time for class. Registered seats can be forfeited to drop-ins 5 min prior to scheduled start time 
  2. Understanding the no-show policy.
  3. It’s always a great idea to bring a notebook/writing utensil for note taking or activities 
  4. Understanding certificates / categories of certificates 
  5. Always read the DORMs description and check dorms daily – seats may open, and new sessions are added all the time 
  6. Bonus – we know sessions at Apprentice Hall fill quickly – we will always try to let in as many drop-ins as possible as seats are available

Accreditation

Disney Programs is recommended for academic credit through the American Council on Education. This program connects workplace learning with colleges and universities by helping adults gain access to academic credit for formal courses and examinations taken outside of the traditional classroom.

You may be able to earn credit for participating in the program, but it is important to note that all credit decisions are at the full and final discretion of your college/university, as Disney Programs cannot grant, guarantee, or otherwise award any form of credit.
