Your Program "Portal"
Similar to the student portal you might have had while at school, DORMS serves as a “portal” for your program. Here, you will take important actions prior to arrival and throughout your program experience. This might include enrolling in housing, making payments or adding a vehicle for your program.
Email communication
Disney Programs' primary means of communication with you throughout your program is via email. Ensure you are checking your email regularly so that you do not miss any updates or important information, and keep an eye out for your weekly Disney Programs newsletter sent every Friday from DORMS!
sign up for activities
On DORMS, you can find and register for upcoming events, activities and sessions hosted by Disney Programs and/or Flamingo Crossings Village. Make sure you always read event descriptions carefully - there may be certain requirements if you choose to attend.
GO TO DORMS
For quick and easy access, bookmark DORMS on your computer or phone so you can log in any time. Note: only current or incoming participants have access to DORMS.
troubleshooting dorms issues
If you are having technical challenges with your DORMS account, see below for a comprehensive list of some of the most common issues and how to fix them.

Enroll or decline housing in dorms
You will receive an email approximately eight weeks before your program start date telling you to enroll in or decline housing using DORMS. It is mandatory for all participants to complete.
- During housing enrollment, you will also have the opportunity to request a housing accommodation if needed and, if available, submit your apartment type preference.
Yes. The deadline will be specific to your arrival date and will be noted in your invitation to complete housing enrollment. We encourage you to complete enrollment as soon as you receive the email to do so.
Once you choose to live at Flamingo Crossings Village during housing enrollment, you are acknowledging your obligation to remain in housing through the duration of your program start and end date. You will not be able to update this selection after the enrollment window closes. Please note, once you enroll in housing you will subsequently receive a lease agreement for Flamingo Crossings Village. Leases are sent approximately four weeks prior to arrival.
Yes, please click here to learn more about the mixed-gender option.
Yes, you will need to let us know during housing enrollment if you plan on bringing a vehicle. However, you are not guaranteed at this point to have a parking spot – you will need to pay for a parking hangtag to reserve a spot for your vehicle. Parking spots are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available to those who register a vehicle during housing enrollment.
If you would like to decline onsite housing, you must do so during housing enrollment. After enrollment has closed, you are obligated to remain in onsite housing for the duration of your program. If you decline housing but are not able to find your own housing, you may have the option to enroll at a later time if inventory is available.
If you are declining housing but do not know what your address will be, please use an “X” in the required fields. Once you have your new address, you can update it by submitting a request on the Support Site.
Please note that international participants are not eligible to decline housing.
For additional information about decline housing, please visit the Support Site.
During housing enrollment, you may be prompted to let us know if you will be a full-time student during your program. For more information, please visit the Support Site.
USING DORMS
Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email directing you to login to DORMS to complete housing enrollment. If you have received this email, but do not see the Housing Enrollment button on the DORMS home screen, this means that you did not fully complete program acceptance.
Please follow the steps below to complete your program acceptance:
- From the DORMS home screen, click Program Acceptance under your future program.
- Continue through program acceptance by clicking Next. (If you have already submitted your Program Participation Fees you will not be required to repay.)
- You should receive the message 'You have successfully completed your Program Acceptance Information!'
- Click Home to return to the DORMS home screen.
You should now see the Housing Enrollment button.
Are you having technical issues trying to pay the fees for your program? First, try using a different credit or debit card. Please make sure the billing address you are entering matches the one on file with your financial institution.
If you are still unable to make your payment, reach out to Disney Programs here.
The birthdate on file comes from what you entered at the time of your application/job offer.
If the date is incorrect, you will be unable to complete housing enrollment.
To fix the birthday on file, you will need to reach out to Disney Programs here. In your message, please include the correct birthday (Month-Day-Year).
Upon arrival, you will be required to verify your birthdate on a government-issued ID.
For both U.S. and non-U.S. based phone numbers, use the Country Code drop-down box to complete the selection from the options provided. In the text box following Number, enter your phone number (for U.S. phone numbers, please make sure to include the area code).
If you are a current participant, you can edit your phone number from your DORMS homepage by clicking View Profile under your current program.
If you are not yet on your program, click housing enrollment on your future program to change your phone number.
If you need to access DORMS after your program ends, you may not be able to sign in using your company ID. A few days after your program ends, you will receive a MyID registration email prompting you to set up your account again using your personal email address instead.
This process allows you to access DORMS with your personal email as your MyID username. DORMS access will only be available for up to 21 days after your program ends.
If you have questions or concerns about logging into DORMS after your program ends, please contact us here.
To update your email address on DORMS, please follow the directions below based on your program status:
- If Current Program is listed at the top of your DORMS homepage, select View Profile and update your email address on the Participant Profile page. Be sure to click Save to confirm the changes.
- If Future Program is listed at the top on your DORMS homepage and the Housing Enrollment module button is displayed for you, select this button and update your email address on the Participant Profile page. Be sure to click Next and proceed through the module until you see the confirmation page.
- If Future Program is listed at the top on your DORMS homepage and you do not have the option for Housing Enrollment module, please visit our Support Site.
As a reminder, updating your email address on DORMS will change your username for both MyID and DORMS.
Updating your email on DORMS does not change the email address associated with your Disney Cast Life account, where you might receive communication from The Walt Disney Company. If you need to change your email on Disney Cast Life, do so by visiting D Tools HR.
If you are not receiving emails from DORMS, follow the below steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Confirm that you are using the same email address as the one on your DORMS profile.
- Check your spam/trash folder. Due to the nature of emails sent from DORMS, your email domain may assume emails from DORMS are spam.
- Change your email address on DORMS to a different email. School/university (.edu) email addresses are known to send DORMS messages to spam folders.
Add dorms-noreply@disneyprograms.com to your email address book.
