Health and Wellness
We know being away from family, working a full-time job for the first time and/or living independently can be a LOT to navigate – but remember that you are never alone! There are always resources you can tap into for support.
Disney Programs offers on-site counseling at Flamingo Crossings Village select weekdays for Cast Members through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). To make an appointment, call 800-952-6676.
EAP is a confidential resource for employees and members of their household with personal or work-related concerns — emotional, marital, financial, legal, stress and more.
Note: operating participant employees should contact their leader or HR manager in their work location for appropriate resources.
Disney Programs Wellness Offerings
The Disney Programs team hosts a variety of mental wellness-focused events each month with the goal of creating a calm and relaxing space to enjoy. Some events include guided meditations with an instructor or quiet coloring sessions with coloring pages and markers provided for you to use. Check DORMS for the latest schedule of events and activities.
Additional Cast Resources
In addition to EAP, Cast Members have a wide array of health and wellness resources available to them through Disney Be Well.
