Present your valid Flamingo Crossings Village key card to the driver in order to board the bus.

Regulations prohibit coach operators from picking up passengers outside of designated areas.

Keeping safety top of mind at all times, do not attempt to chase vehicles, as this compromises your safety and that of the driver and other passengers.

Routes are subject to change at any time and for any reason - this is why it is important to follow PassioGO! for the most up-to-date schedules.

Major route changes - for example, adjustments to schedules during race weekends or when there is construction - will be communicated in advance via the Disney Programs weekly newsletter email and PassioGO!

Always arrive at the bus stop at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure - buses could arrive a few minutes early or late, and to ensure you are not having to rush to get to the bus, it is best to be prepared and arrive early.

If you are scheduled a shift that does not fall into the normal transportation schedule, please fill out this form at least five days before your shift to request after hours transportation.

Please note: If you choose to pick up an additional shift that falls outside the regular transportation schedule's hours or locations, you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from that shift.
