policies and tips

Traveling as a guest

One of the benefits of your program is that you get to visit Disney parks and resorts a guest during your time off.

Keep in mind, though, that work travel always supersedes leisure travel, so please be patient and understanding if you are asked to wait for a later bus and, as a courtesy, offer available seats to working Cast Members if you can.

If you’re visiting the theme parks as a Guest, please enter through the official Guest entrance. Cast Member entrances are designated for those who are working.

Work travel always supersedes leisure travel, so please be patient and understanding if you are asked to wait for a later bus.
