Disney Programs Representatives
Our Disney Programs Representatives are current, actively enrolled students who represent The Walt Disney Company and the Disney College Program on their college campuses. In this paid role, Reps host on-campus activations and tactics to support recruitment for the Disney College Program and serve as a voice for the program, answering questions, sharing their program experience story and encouraging engagement among their fellow students.
This is an incredible resume-enhancing opportunity and a great way to stay connected with Disney if interested in exploring opportunities with the company after graduation!
Some on-campus recruitment tactics you may be involved in as a Disney Programs Rep include...
-
Information Tabling
-
Postering on Campus
-
Speaking at Campus Events
-
Social Media
-
Assisting Recruiters with Activations

"The thing that stuck out to me the most was that the job provided a chance to be creative and share stories and magical moments from my own Disney College Program. I remember immediately being drawn to that aspect of the job because I have always loved being able to tell stories and letting my creative side run wild! And the added benefit of being able to bring some of the magic home and share it with the students on campus? I couldn't click 'apply' fast enough!"
