Offers are determined based on business needs, and individuals must meet the conversion eligibility guidelines. Additionally, all opportunities are contingent upon the successful completion of your Disney College Program and, if applicable, confirmation of restrictions and accommodations in the part-time or Full-time role. Please refer to the part-time/full-time posting for requirements.

What if I only want a full-time role and am not interested in a part-time role?

A full-time offer is not guaranteed and there is not an option to preference full-time only. In the application, you will have the option to select either part-time only, or part-time/full-time. Note: there may be select roles that increase your likelihood of receiving a full-time offer based on business need.

What happens if I’m offered an extension, but change my mind and want to go part-time or full-time instead?

You can only apply for an extension OR a part-time/full-time opportunity. Once you have applied to one, you cannot switch. Choosing to apply to extend means you are opting not to pursue a part-time or full-time opportunity right now. Keep in mind, you will still have the chance to explore applying for part-time/full-time roles at the end of your extension.

If I choose to extend my program, will I have the option to apply for part-time or full-time opportunities after my extension ends?

Yes, you will receive communication closer to your new program end date about next steps. If offered, a part-time or full-time role would begin at the end of your program. Note – you must meet all record card and attendance guidelines to be eligible.

What if I am interested in going part-time or full-time in a Character Performer role?

Becoming a Character Performer requires an audition. Audition information can be found on DisneyAuditions.com. We recommend applying for a part-time/full-time role through the regular process, preference the roles that interest you and attending an audition when you are able. If you are a current Character Performer, you will be considered by the Entertainment team after submitting your application for part-time/full-time in your same role.

Can I live at Flamingo Crossings Village after my program ends if I get a part-time/full-time role?

Disney Programs-sponsored housing at Flamingo Crossings Village is only offered to those who are actively participating in a Disney Program. You will be responsible for finding your own housing after your program ends.
