Offers are determined based on business needs, and individuals must meet the conversion eligibility guidelines. Additionally, all opportunities are contingent upon the successful completion of your Disney College program and, if applicable, confirmation of restrictions & accommodations in the Part-time or Full-time role. Please refer to the part-time/full-time posting for requirements.

A full-time offer is not guaranteed and there is not an option to preference full-time only. In the application, you will have the option to select either part-time only, or part-time/full-time. Note: there may be select roles that increase your likelihood of receiving a full-time offer based on business need.

You will be notified if selected for a part-time or full-time role approximately 6 weeks before the end of your program. Additional details regarding your role and status will be shared approximately 4 weeks before the end of your program. At this point, you must accept the role and status. Your location will be shared no later than your departure date.

By electing the extension path, you are opting NOT to pursue a part-time or full-time opportunity right now. Keep in mind, you will still have the chance to explore part-time and full-time opportunities in the future.

Yes, you will receive communication closer to your new program end date about next steps. If offered, a part-time or full-time role would begin at the end of your program. Note – You must meet all record card and attendance guidelines to be eligible.

You only need to fill out the application. If selected, you will be notified approximately 6 weeks before the end of your program. Additional details regarding your role, location and status will be shared closer to your departure date. 

You will first need to apply for a part-time/full-time role. If you are interested in auditioning for a role as a Character Performer, you only need attend one audition on  DisneyAuditions.com. If you are currently a Character Performer, you will be considered by the Entertainment team after submitting your application for a part-time/full-time role. 

In converting to a part-time/full-time role after your Disney College Program, many doors open for your long-term growth with The Walt Disney Company.

Once you are in a part-time/full-time hourly position, you may also be eligible for Disney Aspire. Be sure to review the Disney Aspire section of CastLife for more information and to review your eligibility.

You will also be able to pursue opportunities such as becoming a Coordinator or being considered for the Leader Casting Call. In addition, you will be able to use Transfer Genie to explore other hourly roles (subject to transfer guidelines) and pursue professional opportunities on My Disney Career, all while growing your network and enhancing your transferrable skills.

Disney Programs-sponsored housing at Flamingo Crossings Village is only offered to those who are actively participating in a Disney Program. You will be responsible for finding your own housing after your program ends.
