1. Receive your invite to apply
You will receive an email when you become eligible to apply for a part-time/full-time role. The email will include the link to your application and the deadline to apply.

2. Submit your Application Online
Make sure you meet your deadline! Have questions before applying? Visit Recruiter Office Hours at Flamingo Crossings Village East, held weekly.

3. Receive Offer 6 weeks Before Your Program End Date
If you are offered a part-time or full-time role, you’ll receive an offer no later than 6-8 weeks before your program ends. (Offers are not guaranteed)

4. Role, Location and Status Shared closer to your Program End Date
As you get closer to the end of your program, you’ll receive more information about your status as either part-time or full-time, your role and your work location.

When to apply
Communication will be sent to you via email when it is time to apply. Timing will vary depending on your program arrival/departure dates, program type, etc. You may receive communication very early in your program or closer to the middle.

Available Roles
Role availability and placement is based on business need. You can express interest in your same role/location or same role/different location. You will need to be receptive to ALL roles listed on the application, but you can rank your interest in each.

You will need to be in line with transfer guidelines. Read the job posting carefully to understand the specific requirements. Speak to your leader if you are unsure if you are within transfer guidelines.
