Disney Experiences Well-Being Team
The Disney Experiences Well-Being team designs, influences, promotes and delivers holistic well-being programming that keeps our Cast Members, Crew, Imagineers and Employees healthy, and influences those at risk toward healthier outcomes.

The Disney Culinary team creates lasting impressions for Guests around the world with delicious dishes and unforgettable dining experiences. Disney Culinary Cast Members cook a world of cuisines across The Walt Disney World Resort in various areas from quick service to catering and baking to Five Diamond dining.

The Show Documentation team manages, updates and catalogues any and all things that keep our magical world running. They oversee and maintain several libraries of photos, material samples, blueprint drawings, over 32,000 paint chips and more to ensure we stay true to our heritage while looking to the future.
The Workforce Management team focuses on forecasting staffing and workload needs, scheduling Cast, tracking attendance and time off, reporting and labor systems management.
Care is a Cast Member resource that provides a free, private and confidential service that offers personalized specialists, referrals, articles and solutions to everyday issues. With specialists available to help you find resources like a car mechanic, a new place to live, pet care and more, Life Care makes getting help much easier.
Disney Cast Life App/Web
The Cast Life app is a Cast Member’s go-to source for news, work schedule, events, offers and anything else you need to know to maximize your #DisneyCastLife at work and beyond. It is available in the Apple App and Google Play stores and at castlife.disney.com.
Disney Global HR Operations collaborates with partners throughout The Walt Disney Company to align HR operational services with their centralized team. The diverse talent in GHRO allows them to successfully support Employees and Cast Members across the globe.
GHRO strives to deliver personalized employee experiences to over 200,000 Disney employees worldwide. These services are delivered through regional centers, technology-enabled tools and streamlined processes and practices.

The Disney Experiences Finance team brings remarkable experiences, unparalleled services and innovative products to life by providing financial and strategic guidance to our clients.
Operations System Integration (OSI)
The Operations System Integration team brings the magic to Hey Disney! - the voice assistant experience that delivers Disney content to interactive smart speakers. Learn about the processes and technology that support all Guest resort rooms at the Walt Disney World Resort and in homes across the United States.
Partners Federal Credit Union provides financial well-being support for Cast Members, including access to financial education, resources and advisors who can help improve your skills when it comes to making a budget and managing debt.
The Sensitive Information Protection (SIP) team works to ensure all Disney employees know how to uphold Company policies for identifying, handling and protecting confidential and internal information.
Wheels on Wellness is a mental health and wellness initiative created by Disney Programs in partnership with American Campus Communities. The initiative aims to promote and foster positive habits and give you, our participants, tools and opportunities to take care of your mental health and physical wellbeing.
WSHES Creative provides innovative communications, design and multimedia options to connect the right information at the right time for our Cast Members and Guests. Continuing our Company tradition of storytelling, combined with our team's skills in graphic design, video production, writing and editing, we provide consultation and work alongside our partners to create immersive communication and learning solutions with a focus on safety and wellness.
The Cast Activities, Recognition & Experience team is responsible for the Global Cast Recognition events at Walt Disney World. Our events include The Walt Disney World Service Celebration, The Walt Disney Legacy Award, Goofy's Mystery Tour, Canoe Races and Magic Backstage. "We make magic for the Magic Makers!"
Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is the division of Disney Experiences that brings beloved brands and franchises into the daily lives of families and fans through products. From toys to t-shirts, apps, books, console games and more, DCP's work can be found in e-commerce and brick-and-mortar storefronts around the globe at Disney Parks, shopDisney, Disney Store locations and at local and international retailers.
Inspire the next generation of creative thinkers and doers with our enriching educational workshops and youth programs. Our hands-on learning environment was designed to enhance students’ creative intelligence, critical thinking and communication skills. Students receive an inclusive education in this collaborative environment that is overflowing with creativity and, of course, a touch of Disney magic.
This team is responsible for all food and beverage and merchandise photography and videography for Walt Disney World food and beverage and merchandise lines of business. This team supports scheduling, development, production, implementation and roll out of synergy, special events, food and beverage media and new concepts.

The Revenue Planning and Optimization Team drives the Walt Disney World Resort business forward by orchestrating growth, optimizing results and driving predictability in all of these areas.
The Services for Guests with Disabilities team goes above and beyond to ensure that every visitor, regardless of their abilities, can enjoy the enchantment of the parks. From accessible transportation and accommodations to specialized seating arrangements for attractions, Disney's commitment to accessibility is evident in every aspect of their operations.
The team also offers personalized assistance, including sign language interpreters and audio description services, to cater to the unique needs of each Guest.
Moreover, the parks have designed accessible pathways, restrooms, and dining areas to make the entire experience seamless and enjoyable for everyone. With a focus on creating a truly magical experience for all, the Services for Guests with Disabilities team exemplifies their dedication to making dreams come true for every visitor.
Disney Wild About Safety equips Cast Members to share safety messages with children and families in parks, resorts and communities around the world. The program features Timon and Pumbaa on a mission to spread important health and safety messages through a growing library of print and digital resources.
Yellow Shoes is a place where big ideas come to life. From thrilling advertising campaigns to awe-inspiring TV specials, these motivated individuals strive to bring smiles and greater connections with Guests wherever they are. As a full-service ad agency, they cover such disciplines as content creation, production, account and project management, synergy and much more.
DE&I stands for diversity, equity and inclusion. Overall, the role of DE&I is to ensure that everyone feels welcome and that they belong. It’s a term used to describe the policies and programs that promote the representation and participation of different groups of individuals. It encompasses people of different ages, races, ethnicities, abilities, disabilities, genders, religions, cultures and sexual orientation.
Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) are formed around a shared identity, interest or pursuit. These employee-led groups bring together employees for support, career development and community engagement. BERGs bring a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for you to grow.

DOCC (Disney's Operations Command Center) is a US-based hub for monitoring and communicating key metrics that optimize operations and utilization of critical theme parks and resorts assets. They support onsite domestic operations teams with data entry, reporting and virtual queues.
Park Operations Project Development supports the Walt Disney World theme parks teams by preserving the Guest and Cast experience while facilitating park-related construction projects from the development and planning phase through the implementation and opening phases, representing the operation and minimizing disruption.

Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) is the creative force behind the memorable Disney experiences that bring awe-inspiring new worlds and cherished characters to life. Imagineers embody a world-class design firm, premier development company, extraordinary storytelling studio and cutting-edge innovation lab – all rolled into one.
The IE team is an internal consulting group within Parks and Resorts that helps solve problems for different teams all across the world. We might model Guest flow after fireworks to ensure all walkways are the correct width or implement new loading processes at popular attractions to decrease wait times.
These Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices create royal transformations for our younger Guests each day at Magic Kingdom Park.
The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex serves as a training ground for professional athletes, a host for amateur leagues and a gathering spot for sports fans of all ages. Cast Members at this vibrant complex are part of an energetic, diverse team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for athletes and spectators alike, whether supporting an international competition, assisting with even logistics or providing exceptional Guest service.
Minnie Vans, connected by Lyft, whisk Guests away to their favorite destinations around The Walt Disney World Resort in their stylish and iconic red and white polka dot vehicles. Service Ride Associates transport Guests and provide extra magic with excellent service and product knowledge.
Club 33 is an invitation-only private club that sits under the Premium Services division of WDW.
Disney’s Horticulture team includes a talented Cast of gardeners, arborists, irrigation specialists and pest management technicians who maintain worldclass landscaped gardens 365 day a year. These award-winning gardens include four parks, fourteen resorts, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Nursery.
The Walt Disney World Operations Training organization and Operations Training roles support the planning, content development and delivery for training initiatives for our Walt Disney World operations.

DVC Member Services team members deliver outstanding service to our Disney Vacation Club Members and Guests before and during their stays. In partnership with Enabled-FL, we are providing a sensory-friendly space. This space will provide a calm environment for people who experience sensory sensitivities to take a break and decompress away from stressors, while still allowing you to enjoy the event. Sensory stressors may include crowded spaces, noisy environments, bright lights and smells or fragrances. To preserve the intentions of this space, lighting may be dimmed and it is expected that the space remain quiet. Be mindful of scents such as food or hand sanitizer. This space is not to be utilized for calls or meetings. Please bring your own auditory protection to mitigate any potential sound disturbance.
