Manny's been with Disney for over 20 years, starting as a diesel technician after serving in the U.S. Army. Now, he's the Manager for Bus Engineering Services, overseeing maintenance operations and making sure everything runs efficiently. Manny's all about teamwork and helping others grow – he's seen it all, from fixing buses to managing teams. "After being a cast member for a few years, I realized how much the company invests in its cast and allowed myself to make my career path. In this company, the opportunities are endless," expressed Manny.

What he loves most is working closely with his crew and making sure guests have safe and reliable transportation. Manny's passion for exceeding expectations keeps him going strong.

With nearly three decades under his belt, Mike's a veteran on the Bus Maintenance team. From handling emergencies to training new hires, he's got it covered. "It's very rewarding when you get the opportunity to mentor and train someone in the department, and they become successful. We get along great, always helping each other out. We share stories about home and work experiences. I have built great friendships," says Mike. He takes pride in ensuring guests get where they need to be safely and on time.

He values Disney's inclusive environment and sees it as a place where everyone's contributions are respected. Mike knows that Disney offers stability and plenty of chances to grow, watching the bus fleet grow from fewer than 200 buses when he joined the team to now over 400 buses.

Casey has the opportunity to work and learn from some of the most skilled and experienced technicians in the workforce today. The apprenticeship is a good way to get into what you enjoy doing if you don't have the experience. It's a great way to learn and grow your abilities," shares Casey.

Despite being one of the few female apprentice mechanics, Casey feels right at home in her team. She loves being part of something bigger and ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. Casey's excited about furthering her education with Disney's support. She believes that Disney's commitment to learning and growth makes it a great place to build a career.
