Road to Wellness Activities and Events

The road to wellness offerings focus on one (or more) of three primary wellness categories: physical, mental and/or social wellness.

During these offerings, you’ll have the opportunity to not only enjoy an engaging and fun activity, but you’ll also leave with new knowledge, tools and resources to help you maintain these healthy habits throughout the rest of your program and beyond.

    EAP is support for anyone in your household to receive real solutions for everyday challenges, from anxiety to crisis and more.

    **Note: on-site counseling is only available for participants who are residents of Flamingo Crossings Village. Those who live offsite may still utilize EAP virtually or at another location.

    Our partners at American Campus Communities, owner and operator of Flamingo Crossings Village, have a long-term partnership with the Hi, How Are You Project, a mental health awareness nonprofit.

    Around Flamingo Crossings Village, you’ll see nods to this initiative and reminders to make sure you are prioritizing and taking care of your mental health.
