Programs Champions are leaders and executives in our Parks and Resorts who serve as a champion and point of contact between the area and the Disney Programs team.
They have direct lines of contact to the Disney Programs team and help ensure that participants are able to make the most out of the Disney Programs experience by answering questions, supporting participants and enriching the participant experience.
Some things our Programs Champions do for the participants in their areas include:
- Hosting meetings and recognition for their participants
- Planning fun events and activities
- Leading Town Halls
- Staying connected with their participants’ experience, questions and feedback
- Sharing information and updates about the program with their fellow leaders
- And more!
