Required documents and arrival itinerary
We recommend you print, download or screenshot all pages of your arrival itinerary before arriving for check-in for easy access upon your arrival.
You will need these documents during check-in, so make sure you have them on hand.

Clothing
This includes...
- Casual, comfortable clothing and shoes
- Professional attire (review the Disney Look for guidelines)
- Rain gear (raincoat, umbrella, etc.)
- Light sweater or jacket (Florida does get a little chilly in the winter months!)

Personal Items
Anything you might need for your day to day, including...
- Linens/pillows/towels
- Sheet sizes are Twin XL in two-bedroom apartments and Full XL in four-bedroom apartments
- Cosmetics/toiletries
- Personal medications
- Toaster/coffee maker
- Electronic devices
- Cleaning supplies

Role-Specific Items
Culinary Program: School-issued knife kit
Entertainment: Appropriate athletic attire (such as a sports bra)
Lifeguards (for swim test): Swimsuit (one-piece suit/swim shorts), towel, goggles (if desired)

Money
We recommend bringing money to cover your personal living expenses until your third pay period, which could be up to three weeks after your arrival. Many participants recommend bringing between $300-$500 USD.

Vehicle Information
If you plan to have a vehicle during your program, bring your valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
Please note: Flamingo Crossings Village does not have facilities to store incoming participants’ personal belonging prior to arrival.

- All weapons are prohibited, including guns, tasers, martial arts weapons and toys that resemble a real weapon)

- Candles (open flames are prohibited)

- Mini refrigerators
- Large appliances
- Drones
