Disney Programs hosts exclusive offerings just for you at Apprentice Hall, including character meet-and-greets, wellness events and activities, your Final Bow celebration and more. Disney Programs also hosts Program Celebration, a park buyout event for participants hosted twice a year.

Trips

There are so many fun things to do in Central Florida, and the Disney Programs team wants to make sure you have the opportunity to see it all. Some of the trips you can sign up for include theater outings, “Live Like a Local” visits to different cities, beach trips, swimming with manatees, pottery painting and more. Trips offered vary month by month. Most trips do have a cost associated, so please read the event description carefully on DORMS.

Learning and Career Development Sessions

Grow professionally on your Program by attending career readiness sessions focused on topics like resume writing and interview skills.

TIP: make sure you familiarize yourself with the Learning Policies before signing up on DORMS for a session.

Flamingo Crossings Village Events and Activities

These events are open to Disney Programs Participants who live at Flamingo Crossings Village

The Flamingo Crossings Village team hosts a variety of events and activities including: movie nights, pool bashes, grocery bingo, snack giveaways, craft activities and themed events on the Great Lawn. These events are only open to Disney Programs participants who live at Flamingo Crossings Village.

Tips for signing up for events on DORMS:

  • Always, always, ALWAYS read the event description! There is often important information and sometimes helpful direction written in the description.
  • Select offerings are subject to the no-show policy – if the policy applies, it will be outlined in the description. You are responsible for understanding the policy.
  • Events are always being added to DORMS throughout the month. Make sure to continue checking back to see the latest events that are open. DORMS will always be where you can find the most up-to-date event information.
  • Registration on DORMS is not require or all events (read the description to know which events require registration).

Monthly Printed Calendar

Each month, Flamingo Crossings Village residents receive a printed calendar to hang up in their apartment that outlines all the upcoming events that month. Didn’t receive one or need another copy? The Disney Programs Office often has extra calendars – just stop by and ask a member of the team!
