GHRO strives to deliver personalized employee experiences to over 200,000 Disney employees worldwide. These services are delivered through regional centers, technology-enabled tools and streamlined processes and practices.

Walt Disney World Resort’s Food & Beverage and Merchandise Line of Business Creative Team supports photography and design needed to help park operations. This includes F&B and Merch photography, internal website design, menu templates, dynamic presentations, and much more.

Inspire the next generation of creative thinkers and doers with our enriching educational workshops and youth programs. Our hands-on learning environment was designed to enhance students’ creative intelligence, critical thinking and communication skills. Resort Operations Assistants (ROAs) play a key role in supporting Cast Member culture in the resorts by creating meaningful events, recognition programs and communication that keep teams engaged, celebrated and connected. ROAs coordinate an annual calendar, maintain project plans, gain input and approvals from essential partners, order event supplies, create backstage collateral and help prepare for successful activations.

The Services for Guests with Disabilities team goes above and beyond to ensure that every visitor, regardless of their abilities, can enjoy the enchantment of the parks. From accessible transportation and accommodations to specialized seating arrangements for attractions, Disney's commitment to accessibility is evident in every aspect of their operations.
The team also offers personalized assistance, including sign language interpreters and audio description services, to cater to the unique needs of each Guest.
Moreover, the parks have designed accessible pathways, restrooms, and dining areas to make the entire experience seamless and enjoyable for everyone. With a focus on creating a truly magical experience for all, the Services for Guests with Disabilities team exemplifies their dedication to making dreams come true for every visitor.
The Workforce Management team focuses on forecasting staffing and workload needs, scheduling Cast, tracking attendance and time off, reporting and labor systems management.

Care’s Personal Life Resources is a Cast Member resource that provides a free, private and confidential service that offers personalized specialists, referrals, articles and solutions to everyday issues. With specialists available 24/7 to help you find resources like child care, adult care, a car mechanic, a new place to live, pet care, legal and financial assistance, discounts, and more, Care makes getting help much easier.

The Disney VoluntEARS program encourages Cast Members to donate their time and talents to helping support their local communities.

ESPN NEXT is the entry point for aspiring storytellers at ESPN. They oversee the hiring, development, assignment and promotion of Production Assistants (PAs) and Content Associates (CAs), with an emphasis on career growth, platform fluency and internal culture. Our signature initiatives - like the NEXT Accelerator - provide top-performing employees with individualized coaching, mentorship and hands-on opportunities that shape the future of ESPN and The Walt Disney Company. As a member of ESPN NEXT, employees are part of a fast-paced, early-career production team that works across platforms and properties at ESPN, including studio shows, live events, digital/social platforms, streaming and audio.

WSHES Creative provides innovative communications, design and multimedia options to connect the right information at the right time for our Cast Members and Guests. Continuing our Company tradition of storytelling, combined with our team's skills in graphic design, video production, writing and editing, we provide consultation and work alongside our partners to create immersive communication and learning solutions with a focus on safety and wellness.

The Cast Activities, Recognition & Experience team is responsible for the Global Cast Recognition events at Walt Disney World. Our events include The Walt Disney World Service Celebration, The Walt Disney Legacy Award, Goofy's Mystery Tour and Magic Backstage. "We make magic for the Magic Makers!"
Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is the division of Disney Experiences that brings beloved brands and franchises into the daily lives of families and fans through products. From toys to t-shirts, apps, books, console games and more, DCP's work can be found in e-commerce and brick-and-mortar storefronts around the globe at Disney Parks, shopDisney, Disney Store locations and at local and international retailers.

Disney Experiences Finance
The Disney Experiences Finance team brings remarkable experiences, unparalleled services and innovative products to life by providing financial and strategic guidance to our clients.

Disney’s Global Security (GS) specializes in analyzing threats, responding to emergencies, securing sensitive information and more. Together, we are united by one mission to safeguard all Guests, Cast members, Employees, Crew, assets and brands of The Walt Disney Company to ensure every day is safer and more secure than the day before.

Partners Federal Credit Union provides financial well-being support for Cast Members. They provide access to education, resources and advisors who can help improve your skills when it comes to making a budget and managing debt. The Disney Experiences Sensitive Information Protection team supports Cast as well as vendors to protect TWDC non-public information from brand or financial impact by advising and consulting around policies and procedures. They work to ensure all DX segment employees understand and uphold Company policy requirements for handling and protecting Sensitive Information.
Disney Wild About Safety equips Cast Members to share safety messages with children and families in parks, resorts and communities around the world. The program features Timon and Pumbaa on a mission to spread important health and safety messages through a growing library of print and digital resources.
DOCC (Disney's Operations Command Center) is a US-based hub for monitoring and communicating key metrics that optimize operations and utilization of critical theme parks and resorts assets. They support onsite domestic operations teams with data entry, reporting and virtual queues.

The Magic Kingdom Articulated Head Team, which consists of entertainment stage technicians, is responsible for maintaining the magic and the whimsy of the Walt Disney Parks. The team also supports special events through Disney Character Events worldwide and even assists with the maintenance of the articulated heads owned by Disney Cruise Line. As entertainment stage technicians, our articulated head technicians also have experience handling other aspects of entertainment, including lighting, audio, special effects and pyrotechnics.

Enterprise Tech (also known as Corporate IT) connects, empowers and protects the Disney magic by delivering awesome experiences, modern platforms, disruption-free secure operation and industry-leading innovation. Enterprise technology strives for world-class teams that think big, play to win, create the future, demand excellence and show authenticity.

Park Operations Project Development supports the Walt Disney World theme parks teams by preserving the Guest and Cast experience while facilitating park-related construction projects from the development and planning phase through the implementation and opening phases, representing the operation and minimizing disruption.

Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) is the creative force behind the memorable Disney experiences that bring awe-inspiring new worlds and cherished characters to life. Imagineers embody a world-class design firm, premier development company, extraordinary storytelling studio and cutting-edge innovation lab – all rolled into one.

Facility Asset Management (FAM) is a project management organization that oversees construction and renovation projects across Walt Disney World, including theme parks, resorts, Disney Springs and other locations. The team manages all phases of the project lifecycle - from concept and design through execution and closeout. With a broad and dynamic portfolio that includes attraction downtimes, facility rehabs and resort renovations, FAM plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the overall experience for both Cast Members and Guests.

The IE department focuses on organizational, business and guest experience improvement opportunities that provides support to Disney Leadership worldwide, supporting a wide range of businesses. We use problem solving and analytical skills to help make our businesses more efficient.

Content Strategy & Integration designs, maintains, and publishes Operating Procedures and the supporting training materials for the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts, using a variety of cutting edge technological systems including Train Me and Express Checklists.

The Wilderness Explorers Experience at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a park-wide educational program that connects Guests to animals, conservation and cultures through engaging, family-focused activities.

Disney Special Activities & VIP Tours represents the legacy of our founder, Walt Disney, by providing a seamless and customizable Guest experience filled with attractive benefits. The Premium Services Ops role provides ancillary support to VIP Tour Guides and Guests during our operational day at Disney VIP Tours. The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex serves as a training ground for professional athletes, a host for amateur leagues and a gathering spot for sports fans of all ages. Cast Members at this vibrant complex are part of an energetic, diverse team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for athletes and spectators alike, whether supporting an international competition, assisting with even logistics or providing exceptional Guest service.

We at Disney Central are a diverse group of Cast members, spanning a multitude of Vacation planning roles! We assist Guests visiting Walt Disney World from all over the World plan their next magical vacation, while simultaneously assisting those onsite or post-trip with their questions, concerns, or planning needs. Our Teams work with the Walt Disney World website, the My Disney Experience App, and over the phone! Our Teams consist of Multi Language, WDW International, Groups and Conventions, the Avengers, Email Team, In-App Messaging, Passholder Help Desk, and so many more. Although we are considered a backstage role, we thrive by communicating with our Guests, Cast, and Partners making sure that Guests have the best experience. Minnie Vans, connected by Lyft, whisk Guests away to their favorite destinations around The Walt Disney World Resort in their stylish and iconic red and white polka dot vehicles. Ride Service Associates transport Guests and provide extra magic with excellent service and product knowledge.
