Apprentice Hall is the Disney Programs building at Flamingo Crossings Village. Here, you can get answers to questions about your program and attend sessions hosted by the Disney Programs team. 

Apprentice Hall is located next the Community Center at Flamingo Crossings Village East. 

The Disney Programs Office is located in Apprentice Hall and where you can speak to a member of the Disney Programs team, connect with your Program Advisor and get support with Program questions.

Being away from family, working a full-time job for the first time and/or living independently can be a LOT to navigate – but remember you are never alone! There are always resources you can tap into for support.  

Disney Programs offers on-site counseling at Flamingo Crossings Village select weekdays for Cast Members through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). 

What is the Employee Assistance Program?
EAP is a confidential resource for Cast Members that provides counseling services, referrals, assessments and more. Learn more about EAP on Disney Cast Life here.

Learning Offerings and Career Readiness Sessions

Apprentice Hall is equipped with eight classrooms designed to create an engaging, inclusive space for you to learn and grow personally and professionally.

View the Learning Offerings Catalog to learn more about the wide range of sessions you can attend at Apprentice Hall. These sessions include executive speaker series, networking opportunities, panel events and multi-week series focused on specific topics like leadership and more.

Every month, Disney Programs offers wellness-focused sessions that participants can attend. Enjoy a few moments of zen while a professional instructor guides you through a meditation, or come color with us in one of our classrooms.

Character Meet-and-Greets

As a part of the program, you have the unique opportunity to attend meet-and-greets with your favorite characters, right here at Apprentice Hall!

Final Bow 

Your Final Bow celebration is your official “sendoff” from your Disney Program. You will receive communication when it is time for you to sign up for and attend Final Bow. You will be able to schedule your Final Bow the month prior to your program departure. At Final Bow, you’ll receive your graduation Mickey ears, experience some unique and special photo opportunities and learn more about joining the Disney Alumni Association.
