Completed forms shall be submitted to the Production Office and forwarded to the Safety Program Administrator.
Production Safety Program
The Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), also known as the Production Safety Program, was developed for use by all U.S.-based Motion Picture & Television Productions and is in compliance with occupational safety and health guidelines for the location you are working. It is the policy of Studio Management that Production Management understand and implement the IIPP.
All Department Heads / Supervisors must also be familiar with these critical programs, guidelines, forms and checklists:
