, parents and family!

Whether you are here because your child or loved one is interested in applying, is about to begin their program or you're just looking to learn more -- welcome!

A Disney Program is truly what you make of it, so we always encourage our participants to take advantage of all their resources and opportunities while they’re here. We know what an important role you play in your loved one's life, so we wanted to also compile some helpful information for you.

Resources

Flamingo Crossings Village is owned and operated by American Campus Communities. Their team is an amazing resource for questions about housing, roommates and more.

They are available 24/7 in both the East and West Community Centers.

The learning component is designed to give participants comprehensive, experiential learning opportunities that provide an unparalleled enhancement to their academic and professional careers.

They can sign up for these sessions and more on DORMS.

Program Champions

Programs Champions are leaders in the work location who serve as the go-to resource for all things Disney Programs in their area. They help ensure that participants are able to make the most of their program experience by answering questions and supporting and enriching their experience while at work.

Bus Transportation

Disney Programs offers transportation to and from Disney parks and resorts, as well as local shopping and dining areas, for participants during their program. The PassioGO! app is a great resource to find the most up-to-date bus schedules and updates.

The Disney Programs Office is located inside of Apprentice Hall at Flamingo Crossings Village East, and is a great resource for participants who have questions about their experience. This is also where their Program Advisor sits.

Academic/School Support

Disney Programs provides a variety of resources and tools for current college/university students on a program, including Independent Study Hall (Dedicated time off for school classes) and exam proctoring. Participants can submit requests for these resources at Support.DisneyPrograms.com.

Are you accompanying your future participant on their arrival day? If so, there's a few things we want to make sure you know.

While you wait during the check-in process, fun and informational videos, created just for you, will play on the televisions in common areas at Flamingo Crossings Village East and West.

Is your child or loved one living at Flamingo Crossings Village West? Most of the check-in process takes place at East Village, but parents and family should stay at West Village.
