Congratulations on being accepted to a Disney Program! You’re probably asking yourself: “so what do I do next?”

Prior to your arrival, we encourage you to monitor your email inbox for next steps. It is imperative that each step be completed in the pre-arrival process for a successful start to your program.

There are multiple steps you will be required to take on DORMS, specifically, to ensure you are able to arrive for your program and that your check-in goes smoothly. This page outlines those steps so you can know what to expect next.

Accepting your offer on DORMS

First thing's first: you need to accept your offer! To accept your offer, follow the instructions in your acceptance email and log into DORMS to create a profile.

Reminder: Creating a DORMS profile is NOT the same as your DORMS registration. Failure to complete your DORMS registration can result in delays for your program.

8 Weeks

DORMS Registration

Eight weeks prior to your arrival, DORMS registration will open. It is mandatory for all program participants to complete their registration.

6 Weeks

Pre-Arrival Payments

Six weeks prior to arrival you must pay your pre-paid housing costs (Domestic College/Culinary) on DORMS.

4 Weeks

Lease Agreement & Role

Your arrival day is nearly a month away! Roughly four weeks prior to arrival you will receive a tentative role and your lease agreement.

7-10 days

Arrival Itinerary

The time has come for you to arrive for your Disney Program. You will receive your arrival itinerary 7-10 days prior to your arrival. This document will contain all the information you need for a successful arrival week.
