Tell the guards to open up the gates — Disney College Program applications are officially live for spring 2027! The magic of spending every day at Walt Disney World Resort is waiting right here at your fingertips.
This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity means working in a Walt Disney World resort, theme park, water park or Disney Springs while living in a community surrounded by peers who share your passion for Disney!

LIVING
Located approximately one mile west of the Walt Disney World Resort, Flamingo Crossings Village is owned and operated by American Campus Communities (ACC) and was purpose-built with you in mind! Flamingo Crossings Village is split into an East and West Village, sharing amenities like resort-style pools, basketball and volleyball courts, 24/7 community centers, fitness centers and more!
Complimentary buses are offered to Walt Disney World parks, resorts, Disney Springs and other spots including Target, Walmart and more. You will be surrounded by other Disney Programs participants — some of whom might’ve grown up in your hometown, and others in a country on the other side of the world!
You will also have easy access to Flamingo Crossings Town Center, which includes shops and dining locations like Five Below, Target, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Five Guys and more!
Advent Health Emergency Room and Primary Care+ are also available in Flamingo Crossings Town Center.

LEARNING
As a Disney College Program participant, you will gain access to completely unique learning opportunities that unlock more magic than you’ve ever imagined!
Meet with Disney Recruiters and attend portfolio reviews on Career Readiness Day, take a class on financial fitness, or score a behind-the-scenes look at a Walt Disney World attraction with Discover Disney! These are just a few of the learning opportunities that will be available to you on the Disney College Program.
You also have the chance to potentially earn college credit for your experience on the Disney College Program through the American Council of Education, regardless of your field of study.
Academic support is available for Disney College Program participants enrolled in classes through their home institutions.
The Disney College Program is the perfect place to take your education to the next level, while also gaining valuable work experience at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
EARNING
Every day on the Disney College Program is a new possibility to create lifelong magical memories for guests. Your job is to create happiness, and at Walt Disney World, even the smallest details and gestures can make the biggest impact!
