Disney Recognized for Excellence in Health and Well-Being

Today, we are excited to share that the nonprofit Business Group on Health has named The Walt Disney Company as a recipient of its 2022 Best Employers: Excellence in Health & Well-being Award. The Company is being recognized for our best practices in the advancement of employee well-being through comprehensive, innovative benefits and initiatives.

“We continue to sharpen our focus on providing our employees with best-in-class health and well-being offerings – programs and resources designed to meet the evolving needs of a diverse workforce,” said Pascale Thomas, Vice President of Employee Benefits and Well-Being for The Walt Disney Company.

Forty-four companies, including The Walt Disney Company, are being recognized with this honor today. The award recipients are selected by a panel of judges, including HR leaders in large private companies and the Business Group on Health team.

Disney is a member of the organization and has been closely involved with the group for years. Pascale Thomas is a member of the Business Group on Health board of directors, and Dr. Pam Hymel has chaired special committees for the group.
