Hong Kong Disneyland offers two different programs for students and recent graduates to gain real-world experience and uniquely Disney learning experiences: the Disney College Program and Disney Internships.
Disney College Program
The Disney College Program at Hong Kong Disneyland is an opportunity for students from tertiary institutes to spend their summer in this 10-12 week program. Students must be available to work the whole duration of the program between June to August.
As part of the program, you will gain on-the-job working experience in parks and hotel operations and uniquely Disney learning opportunities, such as sharing sessions by senior management, Disney behind-the-scenes tours and wellness activities. No matter the role, the Disney College Program gives each participant the opportunity to study, experience and create the magic.

Disney Internships
Disney Internships at Hong Kong Disneyland are professional opportunities that are available for university students who are energetic, strong team players and passionate about Disney. Students must have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR and be available to commit to a full-time internship.
Through an internship with Disney, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with industry experts in your field of study and be part of the teams creating world-class experiences for our guests.
