It’s a World of Possibilities – Disney Programs Endless Possibilities Showcase
It may be a small world after all, but participants discovered a wide world of possibilities at the Endless Possibilities Showcase! This networking event, which takes place twice a year, features Cast Members from all across Disney Experiences in Florida, from areas such as Culinary and Guest Relations to departments such as Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Cruise Line. This season, over 70 teams and recruiters from across Disney Experiences came to Flamingo Crossings Village to connect with Disney Programs participants.

“The Endless Possibilities Showcase is so special because it is an event offered exclusively for Disney Programs participants,” says Ali Manion Hendrix, a Program Experience Manager with the Disney Programs Learning team who was one of the organizers of the event. “As Disney Programs participants navigate their programs and the start of their Disney careers, the showcase gives them exposure to so many different departments and teams in one setting. It’s a chance to explore and discover your dream roles – sometimes, you discover a dream role you didn’t know was possible through the connections you make at the showcase!”

New to the showcase this season was Dreamers’ Alley, where participants were able to write their dream roles in sidewalk chalk. “It was incredible to see their dream roles brought to life in this unique way,” states Ali.

For Ali, the best part of the showcase is seeing participants’ excitement as they discover new paths they could take throughout The Walt Disney Company. She also loves welcoming back former participants who are attending to represent a team or role they navigated to after attending the Endless Possibilities Showcase on their program.
For those considering attending the showcase in the future, Ali has this advice: “Take a chance. Meet new people. Go in with an open mind. Get ready to discover the endless possibilities!”
