Carthay Circle Restaurant
Located on Buena Vista Street at the front of Disney California Adventure Park, guests are transported back to the Golden Age of Hollywood in Carthay Circle Restaurant — which serves fresh, seasonal American cuisine.
After guests explore a selection of starters, the main courses in the spotlight include grilled American Wagyu Picanha, “Tamarind-Adobo” Half Chicken, Lamb Shawarma Cutlets and more.
Carthay Circle Restaurant also offers an array of retro cocktails to reflect the era’s glitz and glamour.
Napa Rose
Known for its extraordinary selection of world-class wines, Napa Rose is an exceptional fine dining restaurant that reflects a deep reverence for nature and culinary creativity.
Nestled in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Napa Rose was designed to represent modern California luxury. Warm colors and wood detailing throughout the restaurant create a relaxing, refined dining experience.
Chefs at Napa Rose have assembled a thoughtfully crafted tasting menu that features multiple options per course, showcasing epicurean artistry with the highest-quality seasonal ingredients. The cuisine is influenced by a blend of European, Asian, Latin and American styles.
Club 33
Club 33 is a private membership club founded by Walt Disney, offering various curated experiences for its members, including access to exclusive dining locations at the Disneyland Resort.
Le Grand Salon offers a rotating 4-course prix-fixe meal that rotates seasonally, specialty cocktails and more, while Le Salon Nouveau offers smaller portions and drinks in a jazz-age-inspired lounge.

To be considered for these fine dining positions, necessary skills include being able to:
- Operate all kitchen equipment, including adjusting thermostat controls to regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles
- Maintain standards and specifications related to food preparation and food handling daily; understand measurement requirements
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines, including maintaining proper temperature requirements and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures while understanding the science of cooking temperatures and clean kitchen equipment
- Responsible for checking and maintaining proper temperatures throughout preparation, cooling, holding, and serving of food items, including adjusting thermostat controls to regulate temperatures
- Ability to handle special dietary requests and work with Guests requiring special requests due to dietary concerns
- Observe, test, and ensure food is cooked and plated to proper standards
- Prepare, season, and cook stocks, soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs for consumption in restaurants
- Able to perform line cook and pantry skills, such as roasting, baking, and broiling meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
