“My leadership helped me grow professionally by explaining in detail everything that had to be done, and when I made a mistake, they supported me. As my apprenticeship progressed, they gave me more responsibility because I was acquiring more knowledge, and I feel that I leave very prepared for the professional field.”

Guillermo, Commercial Intern, DASP

“During my internship, I have learned the importance of adaptability and proactivity in a fast-paced environment like Disney and ESPN. In the sports industry, every day presents new challenges. Being able to react quickly, collaborate across teams, and maintain a strategic focus is essential. I have also developed analytical and negotiation skills that have allowed me to add value to every project.”

Daira, Production Apprentice, ESPN

“My passion for sports was what motivated me to apply for the Apprenticeship Program. ESPN is one of the most important media outlets worldwide, and the fact that it is also part of Disney is incredible for me. Knowing that my work was going to be seen and heard by many people behind a screen, implied a great effort and care. There was not a single day that I did not learn something new.”

Ana, Product Design Intern, Consumer Products

“My team’s main responsibility is to follow up with licensees throughout the entire approval process, as well as support the product development team with presentations and ideas for potential Disney products. For me, the most important skill at Disney is teamwork. Our area constantly requires working in multidisciplinary teams, which has allowed me to learn from different departments and roles within the company, as well as how to combine our skills to support and elevate each other.”

Franz, Operation Apprentice, ESPN

“One of my favorite projects was supporting a special coverage of an international sporting event.
