From Main Street to the Sports Desk: Mikell’s Disney College Program Story
For Mikell, the Summer 2022 Disney College Program was more than just a role in Custodial at Magic Kingdom® Park; it was a launchpad. Through his experience, Mikell discovered that leadership is rooted in service and making a positive impact on those around him. The Disney on the Yard Mentorship Program empowered him to build meaningful connections across the company, opening doors that would ultimately lead him to his current role as a Content Associate at ESPN. His journey is a testament to the power of mentorship, networking and embracing every opportunity Disney has to offer.
