From Safari Driver to Strategic Leader: Jen’s Disney Journey
Jen’s Fall 2016 Disney College Program took her on an unforgettable ride, literally, as a Kilimanjaro Safaris cast member at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Navigating everything from hurricanes to guest interactions, Jen learned the value of positivity, adaptability and leading by example. The experience strengthened her communication, time management and independence while broadening her worldview through connections with fellow participants from across the globe. Now, as an Entertainment Operations & Project Manager, she continues to apply the leadership foundation her program helped shape.
