There are more than 15 roles offered across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. No matter the role, the Disney College Program gives each participant the opportunity to study, experience and create the magic.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Tertiary educated students
  • Available to work for the whole duration of 10-12 between June to August

PARK OPERATIONS

Park Operations cast members ensure our guests have safe, enjoyable experiences while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Through transportation support, guest advisement, and area maintenance, operations cast members have a direct impact on our guests’ experiences.

Attractions Operations role duties may include:

  • Greet and welcome Guests into attractions and theatres in a sincere manner
  • Screen for boarding requirement
  • Control guest flow and ensure safety of Guests
  • Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests

  • Control guest flow and ensure safety of Guests

Main Gate role duties may include:

  • Greet and welcome Guests into the Park in a sincere manner

  • Control guest flow at Disneyland Public Transport Interchange
  • Direct Guests to take hotel guest shuttle services and control guest flow at queuing area

  • Transport, care and storage of Guests’ property
  • Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests

  • Responsible for Disney Tour Services operations

Cast members in Merchandise create lasting memories by helping guests find the perfect mementos from their vacation in our various merchandise locations.

Merchandise role duties may include:

  • Manage queues, bag Merchandise to facilitate POS activities, refill stock and stock take at all Merchandise outlets (both indoors and outdoors)
  • Control guest flow at shops
  • Distribute early bird discount flyers
  • Maintain Show Quality on stage

Cast members working in Food & Beverage provide Guests with quality services and memorable dining experiences supporting all restaurants & outdoor vending carts across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

Food & Beverage Services role duties may include:

  • Greet Guests, queue control at restaurant and control the guest flow in and out of the restaurant
  • Provide Food & Beverage services at outdoor & indoor restaurants
  • Taking orders and provide simple food preparation
  • Stocking items and keeping stock inventory
  • General cleaning and cashiering duties
  • Handle Guests' enquiries and requests

  • Washing all the dining utensils and kitchen equipment
  • Keeping the back-of-house clean whilst in operations

Culinary role duties may include:

  • Helps to store raw, dry, canned and cooked food; prepare raw food and ingredients for cooking
  • Assists the Chef in the cooking process

HOTEL OPERATIONS

Hotel Operations cast members ensure guests have a memorable stay at world-class resorts by providing an expedient check-in process, clean and well-maintained guest rooms, or assistance with transporting luggage

Bell Services role duties may include:

  • Assist in Guest luggage storage, and transfer luggage to different locations such as Guest rooms / vehicles
  • Assist in parking admission checking at car park entrance or designated parking area
  • Direct traffic at the hotel driveways
  • Proactively address Guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel / resort or surrounding areas

Housekeeping - Floor role duties may include:

  • Overall cleaning of Guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming and dusting and replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies
  • Interact with Guests daily, responding in a timely manner to their requests, assisting with directions and sharing information

Recreation role duties may include:

  • Maintain daily operations of recreation facilities, including swimming pool, gym, tennis, multi court & playrooms
  • Respond to Guest’s inquiries and concerns & deliver quality guest service especially guest interaction
  • Explore and organize new activities for playroom & festival activities
  • Responsible for cash handling at playroom
  • Organize various special events and team building activities for corporate guests
  • Perform cleaning duties in the hotel recreation areas

JOIN THE DISNEY COLLEGE PROGRAM

Front Desk role duties may include:

  • Assist Guests during check-in and check-out, including phone interaction and face-to-face interaction
  • Assist Guests with questions about tickets, directions, event schedules, and other information regarding the Resort to help create a magical experience
  • Stationed at Front Desk to check-in guests and process all transactions regarding forms of payment (cash, credit cards, foreign currency, vouchers, etc.)
ENT Lead

ENTERTAINMENT

Entertainment cast members create and maintain the show as they bring beloved Disney character greetings and experiences to life.

Show Operations role duties may include:

  • Escort and take care of Disney Character
  • Facilitate Disney Character greetings
  • Assist atmospheric shows offerings
  • May be assigned to work in Whole Resort Area

JOIN THE DISNEY COLLEGE PROGRAM

Costuming role duties may include:

  • Responsible for costume issue operation, including registration arrangement, inventory control, distribution, cleaning, ironing, repair
  • Maintain day to day operations on distribution floors or theaters (depending on assignment)
  • Handle cleaning detergent and possibly costume materials such as fur, suede, feather and etc.
  • Provide the costumed Cast Members/performers with quality costumes
Field Research 2 (1)

MARKETING - FIELD RESEARCH

Field Research cast members conduct daily face-to-face interviews with guests within park and resort for providing quality data to support generation of data for in-park survey reports that support decision making for management, operations, business forecast, strategy planning and business development; and to provide certain degree of fieldwork training, supervision and control.

  • Interact with guests on a daily basis and provide assistance if necessary
