Next Steps

If you have not done so already, please complete the following steps within two (2) days of your audition:

• Visit DisneyCollegeProgram.com to apply and complete the online application.
• You will be given further instructions at the conclusion of the application.

After all auditions across the country are complete, the Disney Programs Recruitment Team will notify those continuing in the process no later than November 13, 2026.

Those who are offered a role as a Character Performer will be scheduled to attend a 3D Imaging appointment during their arrival week.

• Your role as a Character Performer is not fully confirmed until you complete this appointment and receive your training schedule.
• If you are being considered for a Character Look-Alike, we will schedule a fitting along with your 3D Imaging during your arrival week (if it was not completed at the Orlando audition).

**ALL Character Performers including Character Look-Alikes and parade and show performers, will perform as fully costumed, sculpted Disney characters.**

PLEASE NOTE:

• You may receive a Disney College Program offer prior to receiving the results of the audition. All offers will be for the Disney College Program in its entirety – not for a specific role.
  • You will have seven (7) days from the time of offer to accept or decline (and pay the Program Participation Fee) or decline your program.
• Individuals not selected for a Character Performer role will be considered for the other roles offered to Disney College Program participants. Your role will be shared with you closer to your arrival.
• If you accepted an offer to participate in the Disney College Program prior to attending an audition, you may be asked to alter your arrival dates based on business need. We will contact you if this is necessary.
