ABOUT OUR GUEST:

Baylee Joy is from Ohio and is a graduate of Wilmington College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Conflict Resolution. Her Disney journey began with a simple conversation with a friend: when she asked what he had always wanted to do but never had, he replied that he had already done everything he’d ever wanted. Baylee Joy realized that she had let fear keep her from unrealized dreams—one of the biggest being the Disney College Program. Inspired by that moment, she applied and began her adventure with Disney as an Entertainment cast member.
After her first program, Baylee Joy had a new sense of confidence and found magic in new ways. She lived nomadically out of her car while traveling across the U.S., honing her skills in ventriloquism, climbing through the world's longest cave, volunteering across the nation, working as a flight attendant for American Airlines, and continuing to compete in pageants at the national level. Along the way, she cultivated resilience, creativity and a deeper appreciation for adventure and connection.
Now, Baylee has returned to Disney in an entertainment role with greater perspective and passion for the magic that cast members create each day. Combining her background in psychology, her experiences as a performer and titleholder and her love of storytelling, she strives to inspire others to chase their dreams, embrace their individuality and find the magic in every chapter of life.
