LIVING
Participants live at Flamingo Crossings Village, a state-of-the-art apartment community, featuring resort-style pools, a 12,500-square-foot fitness center, and quiet study spaces. LEARNING
Designed to move students forward academically and professionally, the program offerings include experiential learning, instructor-led experiences, academic support, and career path development. The program is even recommended for college credit by the American Council of Education!

The Disney College Program is a paid internship experience and there are more than 20 different roles across our theme parks, water parks, resorts, and Disney Springs that help participants develop skills like communication, problem-solving, and self-confidence.

NEW AND EXCITING THIS SEASON
First, there is a new Life At Disney Podcast showcasing what it's like to be part of the story at The Walt Disney Company. There is even an episode covering Disney Programs featuring two alumni that started their careers on the Disney College Program.

Additionally, the Character Performer role is back for Disney College Program participants! If you're interested in bringing beloved Disney character experiences to life, learn more about auditions here.
Last, but not least, new attractions like TRON Lightcycle / Run open this spring, and nighttime spectaculars "Happily Ever After" and "EPCOT Forever" will return to Walt Disney World Resort. Disney College Program participants will not only be able to experience this excitement, some will even be part of creating magic in these areas.
