Disney Technologists Create the Tech Behind Our Magic at Grace Hopper Celebration
The Walt Disney Company recently participated in the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania–the largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists in the world. As an Enterprise Sponsor at the event, Disney continues to demonstrate its support of closing the gender gap in technology.
During the conference, attendees had the chance to step into the Disney booth and learn how Disney technologists “Create the Tech Behind Our Magic.” From animation to Audio-Animatronics®, from land to sea, from Disney+ to Disney Experiences, attendees could find technology at the heart of Disney’s iconic brands and stories throughout each area of the company.
Disney also hosted an exclusive event at Reading Terminal Market for Grace Hopper Celebration attendees to connect with Disney technologists and interact with some of the projects they helped bring to life.
