2024-25 Disney Unscripted Program Director, Roger Melvin

We’re thrilled to share that 2024-25 Disney Unscripted Program Director, Roger Melvin, was assigned to segment direct an episode of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars! Roger is a versatile Director and Stage Manager who began his journey in the film industry in 2006 as an Assistant Director. Before his transition to live TV as a Stage Manager, Roger’s directorial expertise spanned from stage plays to multi-cam scripted TV. Roger’s credits include AMERICAN IDOL, DANCING WITH THE STARS, THE ACADEMY AWARDS, NETFLIX IS A JOKE, BET AWARDS, SOUL TRAIN AWARDS, PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION 2020, and TO TELL THE TRUTH, among others.
