Dive Operations / SCUBA

If your Production is working underwater, or using SCUBA, you will need to identify a Dive Operations Coordinator (DOC), who will verify:

• Production has a site specific Dive Program
• Dive team members are certified divers, trained in the type of diving and equipment being used. Divers must present all documentation to the DOC
• Dive team members have passed a current physical (within the preceding twelve months)
• All dive team members are CPR & First Aid trained
• An Emergency Plan is available
• All dive logs are maintained
• All equipment, tanks, compressors, and air supply systems are maintained
