Our Step Up in Production series will support crew who are ready to build on their current skills and experience to be ready for the next step in their career.
LEAD IN PRODUCTION
Lead in Production is a suite of training sessions and resources designed for HoDs and Supervisors working in production environments who are responsible for managing teams, setting standards and shaping the productions culture.
Alongside training sessions, there is also practical resources that leaders can access to support them in their roles. The sessions and resources cover topics and techniques to assist with effective management of their departments and different communication styles helping build successful, confident and motivated teams.
