Ethan Hurley is from Merritt Island, FL, and a graduate of Florida State University, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Economics and two minors: Commercial Entrepreneurship and Communication. Ethan has always held Disney in the highest regard, with his favorite franchise being Star Wars, particularly the villainous Darth Vader.

He heard of the Disney College Program shortly before graduation and thought the chance to work for Disney was too good to pass up. He works at Backlot Express in Hollywood Studios, where he works in Quick Service Food and Beverage, and became a trainer last July. Ethan makes sure to provide magic by being courteous to both guests and fellow cast members. After completing the program, Ethan aspires to work for The Walt Disney Studios, including Lucasfilm, Disney, and 20th Century Studios.
