Anyone need a little magic in their life? You’re in luck – Disney College Program applications are now open! This is a one-of-a-kind internship where participants not only experience the magic of Walt Disney World® Resort but are at the heart of creating it!

LIVING
This internship has everything to help participants as they step into adulthood. From fully furnished apartments and resort-style amenities at Flamingo Crossings Village – where all Disney Programs participants live – to a nearby town center and transportation around central Florida, the Disney College Program is a great way to gain a new sense of independence. Plus, participants can enjoy weekly program activities, complimentary theme park admission, and cast-exclusive discounts! What’s better than that?
EARNING
Disney College Program participants play a big part in the magic Walt Disney World Resort is known for. There are more than 20 different roles across our theme parks, water parks, resorts and Disney Springs that help participants develop transferable skills like strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork and self-confidence.
LEARNING
Designed to move students forward academically and professionally, the program offerings include experiential learning, instructor-led experiences, academic support, and career path development. The program is even recommended for college credit by the American Council of Education! Participants can also work toward certificates based on completing certain courses or a specific number of learning hours.

Not to mention, the first-ever Moana-inspired attraction “Journey of Water, inspired by Moana” will open at Epcot!
