The wait is finally over! The Disney College Program application is now open! The new year means new opportunities to grow and create magic at the most magical place on earth. In this one-of-a-kind internship experience, participants not only experience the magic of Walt Disney World ® Resort but are at the heart of creating it.

LIVING
This internship isn’t an ordinary job – it’s a chance to discover your independence in a whole new way. You’ll get to live in fully furnished apartments at Flamingo Crossings Village, owned and operated by American Campus Communities. From basketball courts, beautiful pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center, Flamingo Crossings Village has amazing resort-style amenities you can enjoy. You’ll be in walking distance from a growing town center that you can take advantage of. Also, Disney Programs offers complimentary transportation to and from Walt Disney World parks and resorts as well as other shopping/dining locations in the area.
The Disney College Program is the perfect place to transition into adulthood, and you won’t have to do it alone. You’ll be living with other Disney Programs participants from across the globe, and together, you can check out weekly program activities, take advantage of complimentary theme park admission and enjoy cast-exclusive discounts. EARNING
Disney College Program participants play a huge part in the magic Walt Disney World is known for. There are a variety of roles across our theme parks, water parks, resorts and Disney Springs that help participants develop their professional toolkit with transferable skills like strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork.
LEARNING
There’s so much to learn while on your Disney College Program. The program is even recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education! Various offerings through instructor-led sessions and experiential learning opportunities help participants learn both in the classroom as well as around our parks and resorts. Academic support is available for students’ taking classes through their own schools, and career development courses can help recent graduates develop professional skills like networking, resume building and more. You’ll also have the freedom to network with cast members across the company to learn more about what careers across the Walt Disney Company look like.

*Tips for current students: We recommend taking no more than 2-3 classes during a program to fully enjoy all program offerings while managing a 40-hour workweek.
