LIVING
This internship isn’t an ordinary job – it’s a chance to discover your independence in a whole new way. EARNING
Disney College Program participants play a huge part in the magic Walt Disney World is known for. There are a variety of roles across our theme parks, water parks, resorts and Disney Springs that help participants develop transferable skills like strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork.
LEARNING
There’s a lot to learn while on your Disney College Program. The program is even recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education! Various offerings through instructor-led sessions and experiential learning opportunities help participants learn both in the classroom as well as around our parks and resorts. Academic support is available for students’ taking classes through their own schools, and career development courses can help recent graduates develop professional skills like networking, resume building and more.
