2024 DET Program Writer, Paloma Lamb

Congratulations to 2024 DET Program Writer, Paloma Lamb, for staffing on season 1 of Hulu/20th’s CHAD POWERS! Growing up in an interracial household while battling cancer and consequently addiction (don’t worry, she’s sober now!), Paloma writes stories for people just like her: self-described “burnouts and weirdos on the fringes” who are navigating second, third, and fourth chances. Prior to the program, she was the Writers’ Assistant on Taika Waititi’s OUR FLAG MEANS DEATH on Max, USA’s BRIARPATCH, and Marvel’s ECHO. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara and the 2023 National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC) Series Scriptwriters Program, Paloma’s original scripts have received recognition from WeScreenplay, ScreenCraft, Roadmap Writers, and Coverfly.
