Congrats to 2023-24 DET Scripted Program Director, Letia Solomon

Congrats to 2023-24 DET Scripted Program Director, Letia Solomon, who will direct an upcoming episode of ABC/ABC Signature’s STATION 19! A former chemical engineer turned award-winning director based in Los Angeles, Letia’s original work has received recognition from the Tribeca Film Festival, ABFF, and Cannes Short Film Showcase. Letia was a Directing Fellow in the 2022 Tribeca x CHANEL Through Her Lens Program and was part of Netflix’s 2023 Episodic Directors on the Rise class led by Paris Barclay. For the past three years, Letia has held support staff positions on TV productions such as FAMILY REUNION and STATION 19. Letia holds an MFA in TV & Film Production from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. She is committed to championing underrepresented narratives in both television and film. Kudos, Letia!
