The Disney Crew Academy is designed to support our current crew members at every state of their careers. Whether you're an intern/trainee or an experienced leader, you'll find resources to help you grow, lead, and succeed on our productions and beyond.
DISNEY PRODUCTION TRAINEE PROGRAMME
We aim to create opportunities for Trainees across all of our banners in the following areas:
Production Management: Production Office, Accounts, Assistant Directors, Locations, Studio Unit, Publicity, Environmental.
Creative: Art Department, Props, Costume, Hair & Make-Up, Creature Effects
Technical: Camera, Sound, Video, DIT, Grip, Electrical/Lighting, Script Supervision, SFX, VFX
Our Trainees benefit from a robust support network designed to help them thrive.
Throughout their time on production, Trainees receive regular check-ins and access to wellbeing resources. From navigating the very first days on Production through to preparing for post-production transitions, our programme ensures trainees feel welcomed, guided, and empowered to succeed.
