HR & Crew Experience Team works alongside production to provide crew with guidance, resources, and support throughout the duration of a show. Our team helps navigate workplace concerns, facilitates access to wellbeing tools, and serves as a point of connection for crew-related employment matters. To contact your show-specific HR & Crew Experience crew member, please refer to your production’s crew list or call sheet or email us at TWDS.Crew.Experience@disney.com.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Employee Relations supports a respectful and professional workplace by providing compliance training, conducting investigations into cast & crew concerns, and offering guidance on policies that impact cast & crew members. Additionally, Employee Relations facilitates the accommodations process and is available to help support cast & crew members through critical life moments. To contact Employee Relations, please refer to your production's crew list or call sheet or email us at Studio.Employee.Relations@disney.com.

At The Walt Disney Company, cast and crew safety is our top priority. This website serves as your go-to resource for ensuring a safe and efficient working environment on all of our physical productions. You’ll find comprehensive safety programs, detailed guidelines, essential forms, and other valuable resources to support your production’s safety efforts.
For safety concerns, call our Anonymous Safety Hotline at 888-745-6375, report a safety incident using the "near miss" form or visit the Disney Production Safety Website.
ANONYMOUS NEAR MISS FORM
This global platform is designed to capture near miss incidents confidentially across all our productions. Its purpose is to encourage early reporting of potential hazards, before they lead to injury or loss, by removing the fear of blame or repercussions. Your input helps us identify trends, take preventative action, and continuously improve safety on set. By sharing what almost went wrong, you play a vital role in ensuring what doesn’t go wrong tomorrow.
