New year, new tools! We’ve just launched the brand-new Disney Internships and Programs Support site, and we’re so excited to share it with you. Our team has been hard at work creating a one-of-a-kind help portal for all your Disney Programs questions and concerns, and the new system is easy-to-use and chock-full of helpful information.
At support.disneyprograms.com, you can find answers to a number of frequently asked questions. Topics range from the application process, to the living portion of your program, to extending your program end date, and more. Navigating the site is easy – just choose which category your question may belong to, then find the information you’re looking for under the appropriate header. For example, if you were wanting to know more information about qualifications for the Disney Culinary Program, you would click on “Applying”, then “What are the basic qualifications for the Disney Culinary Program?”
But what if you have questions while you’re on your program as well? The support site isn’t just for information you may need pre-arrival – it can assist with any questions you may have through all stages of your program, whether you need more information before you arrive or after your program begins. Say, for instance, you need to submit a non-emergency maintenance request. The support site is where you’ll go during your program to do just that.
And don’t worry – if you don’t see the info you’re looking for, we’ve got you covered. You can submit a request ticket and a member of our team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
