ABOUT OUR GUEST:

Rachel2

Rachel is from Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Spanish. Her love for Disney started early with yearly family trips to Walt Disney World and cozy Disney movie nights growing up. Her Disney journey officially began in Spring 2024 when she joined the Disney College Program as a Merchandise Cast Member at Disney Springs Marketplace Village. During her program, Rachel took on shifts at 41 different locations across property and earned her Goofy Graduate certificate by diving into learning sessions at Apprentice Hall. Following her 6-Month Program, she landed an internship with the Disney Programs Learning Team for Summer/Fall 2024—a life-changing opportunity that sparked a passion for supporting and inspiring future program participants. After the internship, she took on a part-time role at Fantasyland West Attractions, working at Peter Pan’s Flight and It’s a Small World.

Today, Rachel is back in her dream role as a Disney Programs Associate on the Learning team, helping create magical, meaningful experiences for participants. She’s incredibly thankful to be part of a company that encourages growth, development and creating happiness for others.
