As a Human Resources Business Partner, Tiffany regularly acts as an employee advocate while partnering with leaders across the company to provide Human Resources support, achieving business and organizational goals. Pauline’s VP, Creative role allows her to lead the charge of creative development for various global Disney brands, ranging from Marvel to National Geographic. She is also responsible for developing creative needs across licensing owned and operated businesses.

It was a dream come true moment for Tiffany when she joined the Disney family in 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner based in Tokyo, Japan. In her role, Tiffany partners closely with different leaders on all things Human Resources-related to help them achieve their business and organizational goals, while also playing the role of employee advocate, to ensure employees’ voices are heard. She currently supports leaders and employees across many divisions in Disney Entertainment and additional support functions. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys going to the different Disney theme parks around the world.

Pauline, VP, Creative - Asia Pacific
Pauline, VP, Creative - Asia Pacific

Pauline is Vice President, Creative, The Walt Disney Company, APAC. Based in Shanghai, Pauline leads the APAC Creative team and is responsible for creative development across licensing and owned and operated businesses. Since she’s taken on this role, she’s also led the creative development for 20th Century, Marvel, National Geographic and the Simpsons, for the globe.

Pauline began her career with Disney in Shanghai in 2017 as Senior Manager, Fashion Creative and was promoted to Director, Product Central Creative, APAC in 2019, overseeing product direction with potential APAC and global partners, managing key accounts in the region, and bringing forth a world-class vision and outstanding creative direction across the full portfolio of brands and franchises.
