Attend company events, join professional organizations, and seek mentorship from individuals who can provide guidance and support.
2. Seek feedback: As an intern, you are there to learn and grow. Don’t be afraid to ask for feedback on your performance. Be proactive in seeking constructive criticism from your supervisors and colleagues, and use it as an opportunity to improve and develop new skills.
